Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to Panchi.lk, including text, images, graphics, and videos (“Content”), complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Panchi.lk does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, ownership, or completeness of vendor-submitted Content.

Vendors warrant that their Content does not infringe on any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of individuals or organizations. Vendors agree to release Panchi.lk and its owners from any liability arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Panchi.lk operates solely as a marketplace platform and is not involved in the actual sale or purchase of spare parts or automotive products. The company does not guarantee, validate, authorize, or endorse the condition, compatibility, pricing, images, or details provided by vendors.

Administrators reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to spam, duplicate listings, suspicious material, non-automotive items, or products not located in Sri Lanka.

Prohibited ItemsListings of stolen property, counterfeit goods, or hazardous materials are strictly forbidden. Accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Panchi.lk may edit or modify advertisements for editorial or formatting purposes at its sole discretion.

Access to platform features and listing limits depends on the vendor’s subscription tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Subscription fees for these tiers are displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.

By submitting Content, Vendors grant Panchi.lk a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right to use, modify, publish, distribute, translate, and create derivative works in any format or medium.

All trademarks, brand names, software, and intellectual property on Panchi.lk are owned by Panchi.lk or its licensors. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, stored, posted, or distributed without prior written consent.

All images uploaded to Panchi.lk are watermarked to prevent unauthorized use. Removing, altering, or reusing images without permission is strictly prohibited.

Certain features may not be available on mobile applications or responsive versions of the site. Panchi.lk may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice. Users acknowledge that functionality may vary across platforms.

Vendors must provide valid email addresses and phone numbers for account verification and buyer communication. Accounts with invalid or unverifiable details may be removed without notice.

Important NoticeAs an automotive marketplace, Panchi.lk is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or compatibility of parts. Buyers and vendors are solely responsible for verifying part condition and fitment.

All warranty claims, returns, and refund requests must be directed to the respective vendor. Panchi.lk is not involved in, nor liable for, any warranty or refund processes. Buyers acknowledge that resolution of such matters is strictly between the buyer and the vendor.

Users agree to indemnify Panchi.lk, its officers, and owners against all losses, damages, legal fees, and claims resulting from violations of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.

Panchi.lk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from the use of Panchi.lk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka and resolved through Arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions or are dissatisfied with the service, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.
